摘要
目的建立以反相HPLC法测定甲松涂剂中甲硝唑和维生素B2含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水(38:62),流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为270nm,柱温为25℃。结果甲硝唑和维生素B2分别在20~160μg/ml(r=0.9999)和12~96μg/ml(r=0.9999)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为102.15%(RSD=0.56%)和99.17%(RSD=0.47%)。结论本方法方便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质控标准。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for content determination of Mctronidazole and Vitamin B2 in JIASONG Pigmentum. Methods C18 column was adopted as stationary phase, the mobile phase consisted of Menthol-Water(38: 62) ,the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min,the detective wavelength was UV 270 nm, the column temperature was 25℃. Results The calibration curve of Metronidazole and Vitamin B2 was linear within the concentration range of 20 - 160 μg/ml ( r = 0. 9999 ) and 12 - 96 μg/ml ( r = 0. 9998 ) , respectively. The average recovery rate was 102. 15% (RSD = 0. 56% )and 99. 17% (RSD = 0. 47% ) , respectively. Conclu- sion The method was convenient, accurate, replicable,which can be applied to quality control of this preparation.
