摘要
目的探讨治疗脑胶质瘤的方法及临床效果。方法将60例脑胶质瘤患者按治疗方式分成A组(手术+放化疗治疗)和B组(手术+化疗),观察两组平均生存时间。结果Ⅲ、Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤及胶质母细胞瘤患者平均生存时间A组长于B组,两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤术后尽早行放化疗治疗可以明显延长患者的生存期。
Objective To discuss the methods and clinical effect of the treatment of Intracranial glioma. Methods 60 patients who caught intracranial glioma divided into group A （ operation plus radiotherapy and chemotherapb ） and guoup B （operation plus chemotheraph ） , To observe average time of survival. Results There were marked differences of mean survival time between grade Ⅲ, Ⅳ astroglia giioma and gliomoblastoma （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The early postoperation radiochemologicat therapymay can inprove the survival time of intracranial gliomapatient.
