摘要
目的检测Smad7和TGF-β1在结直肠癌中的表达,探讨其在不同临床病理特征中的表达意义,以期为研究结直肠癌的发生发展提供理论帮助。方法本实验以140例结直肠癌标本作为研究对象,70例正常结肠黏膜组织作为对照,采用免疫组织化学技术,分别检测Smad7和TGF-β1的表达及其在不同临床病理特征之间的关系。结果结直肠癌中Smad7和TGF-β1的表达明显低于对照组,Smad7和TGF-β1的表达与结直肠癌浸润深度、Dukes分期及淋巴结转移密切相关,二者在结直肠癌中的表达呈正相关。结论 Smad7和TGF-β1在结直肠癌发生发展中具有重要协同作用,联合检测Smad7和TGF-β1的表达可能与判断预后有关。
Objective To detect the expressions of Smad7 and TGF-β1 in colorectal carcinoma, and investigate their relationship in different clinical characteristic of neoplasm. Methods The study included 140 cases of colorectal carcinoma as observation group and 70 cases of normal mucosal tissues as control group. We analyzed their expressions of Smad7 and TGF-β1 in different pathological character by using the IHC. Results There were significant down-regulation of Smad7 and TGF-β1( P 〈 0. 05 ) in the observation than in the control group. The expressions of Smad7 and TGF-β1 were associated with invasion, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis( P 〈0. 05). There was positive eorrelationship between Smad7 and TGF-β1 in colorectal carcinoma (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The synergistic effect of Smad7 and TGF-β1 may involved in the development of colorectal carcinoma. The combined examination of Smad7 and TGF-β1 are significant prognostic indicator in colorectal carcinoma.
