摘要
选用放射性水平不同的矿泉水喂养实验动物,分别在第50d、100d、150d 时采集相应标本进行微核和精子畸形实验,结果显示:饮用高放射性矿泉水组动物的微核率、精子数量和精子活动率在有些时期同对照组比较表现出显著差异(P< 0.05),提示当矿泉水中的放射性比活度超过一定剂量时可能会对小鼠产生一定的遗传毒性效应。
Mineral water with high radiation was tested to evaluate its genetic toxicity. In the experiment the Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, one group, fed with tap water and the other two with different highly radiated mineral water. Samples were collected on the 50th day,100th day,150th day, respectively. Results showed that the frequencies of the micronucleus and number of motile sperms of the mice drinking highly radiated mineral water are significantly different (P<0.05) as compared with those drinking tap water at certain period of time. Thus it suggested that the mineral water with high radiation might possess potential mutagenic effect on the animals.
