摘要
力量是运动的基础,也是短跑运动员掌握技术和提高速度的关键所在。各种力量训练方法手段必须有利于力量素质向短跑运动的转移、发挥和利用,有效地提高短跑成绩。文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、实验法等,对青少年短跑运动员力量训练的方法进行探讨。结合青少年心理和生理特征,提出内容形式多样的力量训练方法和手段,为青少年短跑运动员力量训练提供理论参考与依据。
Strength is the basis for sports and also the key for short distance runners to have a good command of the skills and to increase their speed.All training methods must help to develop,transfer and use the strength needed for short distance running so as to gain effective result.By using literature,expert interview,logic analysis and experiments,this paper discusses the adolescent sprinters' strength training methods.By combining psychological and physical characteristics,the paper puts forward strength training methods and means with various content and forms,which provides theoretical reference for adolescent sprinters strength training.
