摘要
针对高职教师职业礼仪方面存在的问题,从师范教育、教师自身、学院的教育与管理等层面对高职教师职业礼仪素养问题的成因进行了分析,对提升高职教师职业礼仪素养的问题进行了思考,提出了相应的对策,旨在推进高职教育健康发展。
In view of problems in teachers＇ professional etiquette in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the causes from levels of normal education,teachers,colleges＇ education and management,discusses the improvement of teachers＇ professional etiquette and puts forward corresponding measures so as to promote the healthy development of higher vocational education.
