Reflection on the Fact and the Development of Professional Skill Appraisal in Ningbo

分析宁波市职业技能鉴定的现实情况,阐述目前宁波市在职业技能鉴定中存在的诸如思想认识、机构设置、鉴定方式、标准与实际差异、题库与教材等多方面问题,提出了推动宁波市职业资格证书制度建设、科学规范的评价和认定工作的若干建议,利于促进宁波市职业技能鉴定工作。

This paper analyzes the fact of professional skill appraisal in Ningbo,discusses various existing problems such as understanding,institution settings,the way of appraisal,the difference between criteria and fact and question and teaching materials,and puts forward a few suggestions on the construction of professional qualification system in Ningbo and the scientific and normative appraisal and identification,which helps to promote the professinal skill appraisal in Ningbo.
