摘要
由于我国高等教育质量评价起步较晚,其评价实践仍处于探索阶段,因而还存在评价目的模糊、评价主体单一、评价结果封闭三个突出问题。究其原因,主要是思想认识的制约、传统文化的影响和制度建设的滞后。新形势下,要重构我国高等教育质量评价的体系,当务之急是要实现评价理念的创新与发展、评价主体的丰富与拓展、评价制度的健全与完善。
In recent years, higher education quality evaluation in China has made great achievements in both theory and practice, which accumulates rich experiences for higher education evaluation, and meanwhile provides valuable reference theory for China' s basic education quality assessment. Therefore, the higher education quality evaluation gradually formed in our country. But because our higher education quality evaluation start lately and the evaluation is still in the stage of exploration, so there still exist three prominent problems : fuzzy purpose, single subject and closed results. The reasons mainly arise from the restrictedness of ideas, influence of traditional culture and the lag of system construction. Under the new situation, to reconstruct the quality evaluation system of higher education in China, the urgent task is to innovate and develop the evaluation system, to enrich and expand the evaluation subject and to perfect the evaluation system.
