摘要
当前,实施薄弱学校改造工程,必须切实加强政策指引,确立教育公平理念,坚持公益性国家教育发展政策;必须强化依法行政意识,实施绩效化教育管理问责制度;必须建立健全体制机制,构筑全方位教育支持的制度环境;必须立足多元发展目标,不断推进各项改革的全面实施,促进学校事业全面、协调、可持续发展。
At present, when the weak schools are being reconstructed, the direction of policy must be set up : fair education and publie benefit, the administration must be legal: responsibility for education execution according to achievements, the system must be perfect: a system of all - round support for education and the multiple objects of education must be set for the reform and development in harmony and consistency.
