摘要
介绍用高效液相色谱法同时测定复方替加氟胶囊中替加氟与尿嘧啶两个组分含量的方法。采用C18柱；以甲醇-水（15∶85）为流动相；以烟酰胺为内标物；在282nm检测。结果表明在一定浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率分别为100．0％和100．1％，RSD均为0．29％（n=6）。
A HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis of tegafur and uracil. The HPLC instrument was equipped with YWG - C18 colamn. The mobile phase was methanol - water (15: 85 ). The wavelengh was 282nm. The calibration. curves is linear over the concentheion range of 0. 02 ~ 0. 08mg/ml(tegafur), 0. 0448 ~ 0. 1792mg/ml(uracil). The average recoveries(n = 6) were 100.0%, RSD = 0. 29% (tegafu),100. 1%, RSD =0. 29% (uracil). Internal standard was nicotinamide. The method is simple and precise.
