摘要
在大型提篮式拱桥的施工放样时,对大桥钢管拱肋外包砼时,每次加载,拱顶都会发生较大变形,拱顶三维坐标随之改变,使放样是动态的。通过研究拱顶结构物的几何特征,利用空间解析几何坐标转换的方法,将原有不断变化的三维坐标转换成固定坐标,从而获得静止的放样要素。本文以国内跨度最大的上承式提篮拱桥落布溪大桥为例,表明该方法非常有效。
When the large basket-type arch bridge is lofted,because of outsourcing concrete arch bridge steel the dome will be loaded, which Produces large deformation each time. With 3-dimensional coordinates of the vault changed, it is difficult to carry out setting out the work and lofting is dynamic. By studying the geometric dome structure characteristics,the spatial analytic geometry method of coordinate transformation changes the original 3-dimensional coordinates into fixed coordinates to obtain the static elements to loft,which is proved truly.
