BALB/c小鼠寄生螨虫及对其皮肤的损伤

Investigation on Parasitic Mites of BALB/c Mouse and Its Skin Damage

用实验动物体外寄生虫监测常规方法，观察了螨虫在BALB／c小鼠体外寄生状况。结果显示感染率为14％，寄生螨虫的种类为鼠癣螨（Myocoptesmusculinus），螨虫的寄生部位通常在脸、颈和背部，并将卵产于毛干上。重度感染引起小鼠脱毛，表面皮肤肿胀，皮肤表面变硬和变厚。组织病理切片观察，在显微镜下，一般感染仅引起表皮层增厚。在一只感染严重的小鼠中，皮肤组织发生了较为严重的病理变化，表皮表面形成散在的小脓肿，表皮下层淋巴细胞和成纤维细胞成堆的聚集在一起，并有散在的出血现象，伴随炎细胞的浸润。皮肤肌细胞层无变化。

This paper reports the rseults of investigation on parasitic mites of BALB/c mouse and its skin damage. Skin damage was encountered in recently established colony of BALB/c strain mice. Approximately 14 per cent of mites surveyed in this laboratory were involved. The species of parasitic mites was Myocoptes musculinus. The usual infestation sites were face,between the ears, shoulders and back of animal. Examination showed the presence of some mites in the adult and nymph stages and a few eggs attached to the hair. In one mice of a severe infestation mites, alopecia in the flank and back and general deterioration of coat were observed. In hairless region, surface skin had edematous and ulceration. The floor of skin was indurated and deepened.Microscopically,lt was found that the malpighian layer and the nucleated cell formed by its division were increase in depth for the mouse of mites infested. In a mice of heavy infestation with mite, there were small scattered abscesses on the surface of epideris. The scattered hemorrhage and a lot of lymphocyte and fibroblast were observed in the derma. There was no difference in the muscle layer of skin between the mite-free and mite-infested mice.
