摘要 滚动轴承故障诊断是机械故障检测中的一个重要方面。本文提出了一种小波包分析和Hilbert包络分析相结合的方法对轴承进行故障诊断。首先利用小波包分析将滚动轴承的振动信号分解到不同的节点上。然后求出各频段的能量,根据频带能量的变化情况,找出滚动轴承的故障所在的频带,对故障频带的重构信号做包络谱分析,将谱峰处的频率与滚动轴承的故障特征频率进行对比。诊断出滚动轴承的故障。通过对实验中采集到的滚动轴承振动信号进行分析,证明了该方法在滚动轴承故障诊断中的有效性。 Fault diagnosis for rolling beating is in an important part of machine failure diagnosis. A method on wavelet packet and Hilbert envelope is proposed for the rolling beating fault diagnosis. The vibration signals of rolling bearing are decomposed at different levels by the wavelet packet The energy of various frequency bands are extracted. According to the frequency band energy's change situation, the fault frequency band is discovered .The signals are restructured in the fault frequency .The envelope spectrum of reconstructed signals are illustrated .By contrasting the frequency on spectrum peak and the fault frequency of the rolling bearing ,the rolling beating fault is realized .Satisfactory results have been obtained from the experimental vibration signals and the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated for the rolling bearing fault.
