摘要
通过对振动信号处理方法研究和基于MATLAB的某产品振动信号处理,运用了解和掌握的振动信号处理的一些方法以及MATLAB中与信号处理相关的工具包及函数,同时用给出的实测振动数据给出了7个加速度计在532转速下的时域和频域内的处理图形。根据测试数据的处理结果,分析出了各测振点的振动情况及其相关性,并确定结构体的振源所在,使我们能更直观地解决复杂结构振动问题。同时分析结果表明时域表示较为形象和直观,频域表示信号则更为简练,剖析问题更加深刻和方便。
By vibration signal processing method and vibration signal processing of a product based on MATLAB,using some of the vibration signal processing method understood and grasped, toolkit and functions in related with signal processing in MATLAB. At the same time,it is given seven accelerometers,, processing graphics at 532 speeds in the time domain and frequency domain with the measured data that is given. According to the processing results of test data,we analyze the vibration of each point of vibration and its relevance,and determine the vibration source is located of the structure,so that we can better understand and solve complex problems of structural vibrationo The results show that the time domain representation of the signal is more image and visual, and the frequency domain representation is more concise and profound in the analysis.
