摘要
本文详细介绍了利用UGNX4.0开发介入诊疗器械CAD系统数据流程以及系统总体框架结构。研究了介入诊疗器械CAD系统开发中所采用的部件几何特征的创建、过工艺设计模块和零件加工模具与工装设计模块实现工艺库的建立等关键技术,提出了在UG/Open API程序中利用ODBC技术访问外部数据库的方法,以使应用程序能够从底层设置和控制数据库,完成一些高层数据库技术无法完成的功能,采用Access数据库将用户通过系统界面输入的产品信息保存。最后介绍了数据管理在CAD系统中的应用实例。
This article introduced in detail uses UG NX4.0 the development involvement diagnosing and treating instrument CAD system data flow as well as the system overall portal frame construction.Has studied the part geometry characteristic foundation which in the involvement diagnosing and treating instrument CAD system development uses, the technological design module and the components processing mold and the work clothes design module realization craft storehouse establishment and so on the key technologies, proposed procedure visits exterior database in UG/Open in the API using the ODBC technology the method, enables the application procedure from the first floor establishment and the control database, completes function which some high-level data bank technology is unable to complete, uses the Access database the user through the system contact surface input product information preservation.Finally introduced the data management in the CAD system application example.
