摘要
目的：对中度以上的干咳和／或伴有发热的患者使用路盖克（酒石酸双氢可待因／醋氨酚复方片），观察其镇咳、解热效果及其不良反应。方法：采用开放式选取年龄在１８～６５之间的患者３２例，给予路盖克２片／次，ｔｉｄ，ｐｏ。结果：３２例受试者中，咳嗽显著缓解１７例，占５３．１３％，有效者１３例，占４０．６２％，总有效率为９３．７５％。伴发热者１１例，服药后均有缓解，有效率１００％。首次服药后出现不良反应２例，占６．２５％。结论：路盖克兼备解热镇咳之功效，起效快，作用时间长。
OBJECTIVE:To confirm the efficacy of Galake in the treatment of cough and/or fever.METHODS:32 patients at the age of 18～65 were treated with 2 tablets,tid,po.RESULTS:The total effective rate in the treatment of cough was 93.75%,and in the treatment of fever was 100%.CONCLUSION:Galake is effective in treatment of both cough and fever,with rapid onset of action ,long lasting effect and mild adverse reactions.
