摘要
通过有机化处理沉淀法制备SiO2,使其具有良好的疏水性和可分散性。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)及比表面积测试等表征方法对其结构和性能进行表征。所得的SiO2消光剂用于双固化UV体系中表现出良好的消光性,同时其良好的分散性保证了漆膜低磨损性并赋予表面其它优良的综合物理性能。
Synthesizing SiO2 delusterant by precipitation method.Using Me2SiCl2,Me3SiCl as treatment agent,the porous and highly dispersed SiO2 powder was obtained.Then characterized the physical and chemical properties by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Then,it was made of flatting agent that was used in dual-curing UV system coating.The results showed that the matting property of organic modified products in paint film was fairly good and the dispersity and abrasion resistance of the paint film and other correlative properties were also improved.
