摘要
目的:探讨卵巢癌患者病灶间质中及上皮内CD3+TILs、CD4+TILs、CD8+TILs、Treg的分布特点。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例卵巢癌患者病灶间质中及上皮内CD3+TILs、CD4+TILs、CD8+TILs、Treg的表达情况及10例正常卵巢组织中CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、Treg的表达情况。结果:卵巢癌组织中CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞数量与正常卵巢组织中相比显著增加,且卵巢癌组织上皮内Treg数量增加。结论:卵巢癌局部微环境中机体对肿瘤抗原可以产生免疫反应,但Treg的存在而抑制了肿瘤的特异性免疫。
Objective:To explore the distribution characteristics of CD3^+TILs,CD4^+TILs,CD8^+TILs and Treg in stroma and epithelium of cases with ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression levels of CD3^+TILs,CD4^+TILs,CD8^+TILs and regulatory T Cells(Treg) in stroma and epithelium of 40 cases with ovarian cancer and expression levels of CD3^+T cells,CD4^+T cells,CD8^+T cells and Treg in normal ovarian tissues of 10 healthy cases were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:Compared to normal ovarian tissues,the amounts of CD3^+T cells,CD4^+T cells and CD8^+T cells in ovarian cancer increased significantly,and the expression level of Treg in epithelium of ovarian cancer increased.Conclusion:The organ can produce immunology reaction to tumor antigen in ovarian cancer local microenvironment,but Treg restrains this kind of tumor specific immunology.
