Analysis on the Present Situation of City-level Scientific and Technical Information Work

当前,地市科技情报信息工作面临种种挑战,也面临难得的发展机遇,文章分析了地市科技情报信息工作的现状及存在的问题,指出在新形势下基层科技情报机构必须更新观念,及时调整工作的方式和方法,找准信息服务的切入点,实现思想观念、服务对象、服务内容、服务方式等方面的创新,提出了地市科技情报信息工作创新和发展的新思路。

At present,city-level scientific and technical Information works are facing new difficulties,challenges and opportunities for development,this paper analyzed the present situation of city-level scientific and technical information work,pointed out that city-level scientific and technical Information work should change concepts and adjust working ways and modes,find the methods of information service,promote service concepts,service object and service modes innovations,and put forward some ideas for doing well city-level scientific and technical information service.
