摘要
1987年5月至现在我们用血液透析、内瘘穿刺针进行外周静脉直接穿刺法对肾血管性高血压患者行数字减影血管造影,取得满意效果。本法简便实用,安全可靠,值得推广应用。
We have performed the digital substraction angiograply for the pa- tients with renovascular hypertension by direct puncture into the external vein with internal A-V fistular punctured newdle,which was used in hemodialysis from May,1987 to now.The technique was very success- ful.It is safe,easy and efficacious.
