摘要
为了评价溴氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐防制嗜人按蚊及其防疟效果的成本效益。通过对以往资料的分析表明,试验区与对照区比较,试验区嗜人按蚊密度下降85%~90%;浸帐后试验区疟疾发病率可减少64.7%~89.0%。按人均处理面积核算成本,溴氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐法(浸泡蚊帐10.19m2/人)的费用为0.244元/人;DDT室内滞留喷洒(30.97m2/人)的费用为0.708元/人;溴氰菊酯室内滞留喷洒(30.97m2/人)的费用为1.024元/人。三者成本比率为1∶2.9∶4.2。研究结果表明,使用溴氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐防制疟疾媒介,可控制疟疾传播和减少疟疾发病率;并且使用方法简易,群众易掌握;成本比滞留喷洒低,对人畜安全。
The cost effect of bednets impregnated with deltamethrin for the control An.
anthropophagus and malaria was evaluated in the thesis. The impregnation area was
compared to the control area, the density of An. anthropophagus in the treatment area
decreased by 85% to 90% and the malaria incidence rate decreased by 64.7% to 89.0%.
According to the cost treatment area for each person, the cost of bednets impregnated with
deltamethrin method(impregnated bednet area was 10.19 m 2/person) was 0.244 Yuan
RMB/person. And the cost of DDT indoor residual spraying method(spraying area was 30.97 m
2/person) was 0.708 Yuan RMB/person. The cost of deltamethrin indoor residual spraying was
1.024 Yuan RMB/person. The ratio of the costs of the three treatment method was 1∶2.9∶4.2.
The research result showed that the method of the bednets impregnated with deltamethrin for
the control of malaria vectors can control malaria transmission and reduce malaria incidence
rate. It is easy method. Community can take part in the treatment. The cost of the method is
cheaper than that of indoor residual spraying. The method is safe for human being and animals.
And it does not destroy bednets.
