家蝇依靠多种类型感受器如视觉、听觉、机械感受器和化学感受器把外环境的信息变为有用的生物信号。研究家蝇的化学感受器对防治家蝇有指导作用。用0.5%龙胆紫染色证实家蝇触角后基感觉窝内的感器为中空的。电生理研究证实氨、醋酸、避蚊胺和石碳酸对家蝇触角有刺激作用。证实家蝇触角的外基感觉窝内的化感器有嗅觉功能。
Housefly depend on receptor for a variety of sensory modalities,including vision, hearing, mechanoreception, and chemoreception,to transduce environmental information into biologically useful signals. Studies of chemoreception in the field for provided hosefly is a useful.
The central lumens of sensilla in antennae of the posterior basal senorium were stained with 0. 5% gentian violet. Electrophysiological study on the antennae of Musca domestica showed that they responded to NH3, vapor of acetic acid;N,N - diefhyl - m - toluamide (Deet)and phenol.
The olfactory function of the antennae of the posterior basal sensorium was confirmed.
