摘要
以变色酸为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定腈纶中微量二氧化钛(TiO2)含量。结果表明:在pH值为2.0~4.5的条件下,钛(Ⅳ)与变色酸反应生成稳定的紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为470 nm。该纤维中的TiO2质量分数为0.199%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.28%,加标回收率为96.6%~102.6%。
Trace titanium dioxide ( TiO2 ) in PAN fibers were determined using chromotropic acid as a chromogenic reagent by spectrophotometry. The results showed that titanium ( Ⅳ ) was reacted with chromotropic acid to produce a stable violet red complex at the pH value Of 2.0 -4.5. Its maximum absorption wavelength was 470 nm. The fiber contained 0. 199% TiO2 by mass fraction. The relative standard deviation and the recovery of standard addition were 3.28% and 96.6% - 102.6% , respectively.
