中国近代的音乐艺术教育起步于上世纪初期,在新中国成立后有了新的发展。国内有中央、中国、上海、天津、沈阳、武汉、四川、星海、西安等9所专业音乐学院,这些专业音乐学院顺应经济和社会发展的潮流和需要,都有着各自不同的历史发展轨迹,始终保持了独有的区域特色。

Music education in modern China was in the initial stage at the beginning of 20th century,and made new development after setting up the People＇s Republic of China.There are 9 professional Conservatories of Music in China,such as the Central Conservatory of Music,China Conservatory of Music,Shanghai,Tianjin,Shenyang,Wuhan,Sichuan and Xi＇an Conservatories of Music,they meet the needs of economic and social development and always keep the special regional characteristics of their own.
