摘要
以Φ36-J1型行星减速永磁无刷直流电动机组件为例,介绍了星用行星减速永磁无刷直流电动机转子传感器、绕组及减速器结构等方面的可靠性设计。通过热真空等环境试验的验证以及实际飞行考核,表明采取的可靠性措施是有效的。
The Φ36-J1 planetary reducer permanent magnet brushless DC motor components were cited as an example,and its reliability design in terms of rotor sensor,winding and reducer was introduced.Environment test validation including thermal vacuum and real flight examination show that the proposed reliability treatment is effective.
