摘要 为了进一步提高液压传动系统的整体效率,提出一种新型液压电机泵的概念,把永磁同步电动机的转子作为液压泵的缸体,实现电机和液压泵的高度融合,并建立了电机泵的数学模型。通过控制永磁同步液压电机泵转子的转速,快速、精确地控制和改变泵的输出流量和压力,与不同工况相匹配。在速度控制器的设计中运用模糊PI控制,根据转速误差和误差变化率在线调整PI控制器的参数,以提高系统的鲁棒性。运用模型参考自适应辨识电机的转速,以达到减小系统体积、节约成本和扩展应用领域的目的。对转速和负载转矩阶跃变化分别进行仿真研究,仿真结果证实该策略具有良好的鲁棒性和快速性。 In order to improve the whole efficiency of hydraulic drive system,a novel hydraulic motor pump model was proposed.For the sake of making a whole,the rotor was used for the hydraulic pump body.Based on the analysis of the generation mechanism,its model was established.By controlling the speed of motor-pump,the output flux of pump was quickly controlled and exactly adjusted to match different loads.The fuzzy PI control strategy was used in the design of speed controller.The parameters of the PI controller were automatically adjusted according to the error and the change of error in order to enhance the robustness of system.Model reference adaptive was used for speed identification to reduce cubage,save cost and extend application bound.Under the condition of drastically changed speed and load torque,simulations are performed well.Results show that the suggested method is robust and fast.
