摘要
目的探讨CCB中药对胃泌素分泌的影响。方法采用离体和在体两种大鼠胃模型，按胃泌素放免测定步骤检测血浆胃泌素水平。结果6种中药与维拉帕米相似，具有明显抑制胃泌素分泌的作用（P＜0．05或P＜0.01）。结论6种CCB中药对治疗消化性溃疡具有潜在的价值。
To study the effects of some CCB chinese herbs on gastrin secretion. MethodsUsing two model of isolated and perfused rat stomach and anesthetized rats, we tested the plasm gastrinlevel by RIA. Results It showed that these CCB chinese herbs decreased the gastrin secrtionsignificantly (P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ) like verapamil. Conclusions The stydy will be valuable forexploring the effect of the herbs on peptic ulcer.
