半钢轧辊表面激光强化裂纹的热力学成因解析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Thermo-mechanical Behavior of Laser Strengthening Induced Crack on Semi-steel Roll Surface

摘要 针对半钢材料对激光参数的敏感性,采用有限元仿真与显微检验相结合的方法,研究了强化裂纹与参数选择之间的对应关系,并初步提出了相应的预防策略。 Due to the sensitivity of semi-steel material on the laser processing parameters,the FEM simulation technology and microstructure testing methods are combined to study the relationship between the strengthening crack and parameter selection.Furthermore,the basic prevention strategy for crack initiation is provided.
