摘要
大型炼铁高炉的料流设备对耐磨衬板有着非常苛刻的要求,通过对已经使用的各种材料作对比,硬质合金耐磨衬板是比较理想的耐磨材料。研究了进一步提高硬质合金耐磨衬板的抗冲击性、耐磨性及耐高温性的技术措施,开发更为适用的硬质合金耐磨衬板。
Large-scale blast furnace,the feed influent equipment for wear-resistant lining has a very harsh demands,through a variety of materials have been used for comparison,carbide wear-resistant lining is more abrasion-resistant material ideal.The carbide wear-resistant lining to further improve impact resistance,abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance are analyzed,then,the more applicable carbide wear-resistant lining are developmented.
