介绍了《社会生活环境噪声排放标准》与以往的噪声排放标准的进步之处,仔细分析了《社会生活环境噪声排放标准》在社会生活噪声纠纷监测中的应用指导作用,指出了实际使用该标准进行噪声测量时遇到的一些问题,并提出了一些符合实际操作要求的对策措施。

The progresses in《Emission Standard for Community Noise》compared with the previous emission standard for noise were introduced briefly in this study.And the Guidance of《Emission Standard for Community Noise》for Community Noise Monitoring Disputes was analysised in detail.The strategies were made according to the problems on the measurement of noise using the new standard.
