股骨颈骨折的CT分型与临床关系的研究 被引量：6

摘要 临床上常用的股骨颈骨折分型方法包括Garden分型、解剖部位分型、AO分型等,这些方法都是根据X线片进行分型,不能全面、科学地反应骨折特点,因此对指导临床医师治疗股骨颈骨折有一定的局限性.目前,CT在临床上应用广泛,通过CT三维重建的方法可以清楚、直观的显示骨折特点.我们以股骨颈骨折CT三维重建为基础,参考Garden等常用股骨颈骨折分型,制定了一种新的股骨颈骨折分型方法,初步应用能够提高股骨颈骨折的复位与固定质量,报告如下.
