大壁厚非规则管坯喷射沉积过程中工艺参数的影响研究

摘要 在分析往复式喷射沉积管坯制备工艺原理及其设备结构的基础上,主要研究了对影响制备大壁厚非规则管坯喷射沉积过程中的各参数进行分析研究。针对管坯的形貌特征及沉积厚度,分析研究了单参数雾化锥流率mmax,沉积器半径r,沉积器旋转速度ω和沉积器往复速度v对其的影响,以及双参数(ω,v),(mmax,v),(r,v)对其的影响。 On the basis of technical principle of reciprocating spray deposition of tubular and its configuration,the paper mainly studies the parameters which influence the process of spray deposition of large thick-wall irregular tubular.Aiming at shape characters and deposit thickness of tubular,it also studies and analyzes the influence of single parameter,such as subuliform flux of atomization mmax,radius of deposit roller r,revolving speed of deposit rollerω,reciprocating speed of deposit roller v,and the double parameters,such as(ω,v),(mmax,v),(r,v).
