设备在运行中,难免会出现各种故障,最大幅度降低MTTR(平均故障等待时间)是提高设备生产效率的手段之一。探讨了影响MTTR的因素之一——设备备件的管理,包括设备备件的界定,建立合理的备件管理模式,案例分析和备件管理要点的综述。
As equipment are broken quite often,how to reduce the MTTR（mean time to repair） is the one of the ways to improve the productivity.The spare parts management is the key factor to MTTR,which includes the summary definition of spare parts,pattern establishment,case study and management basic points.
