Pro/E二次开发在晶振隔振系统动力学分析中的应用

摘要 基于Pro/TOOLKIT和Visual C++ 6.0,对Pro/E进行二次开发,生成了适用于不同系列的晶振隔振系统的程序,实现了零件的删除,读取了元件之间的装配关系及元件安装位置并编写了自动创建加载点、测试点、约束符和隔振器的ADAMS命令文件,以及删除了零件的特征。经程序处理后的模型可直接进行动力学分析。最后通过示例证实了此方法是可行的。 Based on the Pro/TOOLKIT and Visual C ++ 6.0,the secondary development of Pro/E is carried out to generate a program suitable for different series of vibration isolation systems of crystal oscillator.The components could be automatically deleted.Not only the assembly relations between components and the positions of some special components are read but also the ADAMS command file which could automatically create load point,test point,and be constrainted between components and wire-rope isolators is written.And the features of parts could also be automatically removed.The model which is treated according to the mentioned method could be used directly for kinetic analysis.Finally,the given example is used to prove that the method is realizable.
