摘要
对双圆弧齿轮的参数化建模以及加工进行了研究,利用UG软件的表达式等功能实现对双圆弧齿轮的参数化造型,提高设计效率与精度,再利用UG软件的加工模块对其进行加工仿真,并生成可用于四轴联动加工中心的数控代码。
Parameter solid modeling and the machining processes of double circular arc gear are discussed in this thesis.Parameter solid modeling of double circular arc gear can be achieve by using the expression function of UG software,in order to improve the design efficiency and accuracy.The machining process simulation is carried out by machining field of UG software,and then the appropriate NC codes of 4-axis Machining Center is generated.
