摘要
采用正交实验法,优选出啤酒花口含片的最佳工艺参数和生产工艺条件。研究结果表明:功效成分六氢β-酸用量为0.03%、糖粉为55%、白糊精为25%、薄荷脑包埋物为3%,经混合、湿法制粒、干燥和压片等工艺可制得啤酒花口含片。
The best prescription and producing technique condition to make the Hop tablet were determined through orthogonal experiment. The result showed that： 0.03% hexahydrocolupulone and 55% sugar mixed 25% white dextrin by adding menthol 3% for embedded objects, after that, powdering, drying and forming processes, the Hop tablet was prepared with better taste.
