摘要
变应性鼻炎是接触变应原后由IgE介导的鼻黏膜炎症而引起的鼻部症状性疾病。由多种细胞、介质、细胞因子、趋化因子、神经肽，以及黏附分子与细胞在一个复杂的网络系统内协同作用，激发了特异性症状和非特异性鼻部高反应性。
