氯吡格雷与质子泵抑制剂相互作用问题的探讨

2009年初，FDA就氯吡格雷与奥美拉唑等药物相互作用发出药物安全性信息。同年11月17日，FDA再次发出警告：避免氯吡格雷与奥美拉唑合用。由于最新资料显示，与奥美拉唑合用时，氯吡格雷的抗凝作用可降低近一半。对于应用氯吡格雷预防血栓形成的具有心肌梗死或卒中风险的患者，若同时应用奥美拉唑，会导致氯吡格雷的疗效无法完全发挥。
