摘要
利用一种自制的新型多组分复合变形丝加工设备,将缫制的生丝分别与低纤度涤纶FDY和涤纶POY丝复合得到真丝复合变形丝;分析了生丝根数对复合变形丝的形态结构和热收缩性等的影响。结果表明:随着生丝根数的增多,复合变形丝的卷曲数会减少,卷曲波长增大,真丝与涤纶POY复合变形丝的回弹性随着生丝数的增加而减弱,而以FDY为芯丝时的回弹性会增强;在相同生丝数下,真丝/涤纶POY的复合变形丝的变形程度比真丝/涤纶FDY复合变形丝的要大,但回弹性差些。
Raw silk was composited with low linear density FDY and polyester POY respectively by a new model home-made machine for producing multi-components textured yarns,the paper studied the effects of raw silk number on the morphological structure,heat shrinkage of the textured filament.The results revealed that with the increase of raw silk number,crimp number of the textured filament would reduce and crimp wavelength would increase,and the resilience of the Silk/POY decreased but the Silk/FDY increased.Under same raw silk number,the deformation degree of Silk/POY was larger than that of Silk/FDY,but the resilience of the Silk/POY was smaller than that of Silk/FDY.
