L-精氨酸对家兔血液流变性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究内源性一氧化氮对家兔血液流变学的影响。方法将26只家兔随机分为L-精氨酸组和对照组。L-精氨酸组给予L-精氨酸15mg/kg,iv。自兔耳中动脉取血,测定血浆一氧化氮含量和血液流变学指标。结果静脉给予L-精氨酸后,血浆一氧化氮含量显著升高,全血粘度、体外血栓形成、血小板聚集率和红细胞聚集显著降低,红细胞的变性能力增加。但L-精氨酸在体外对血液流变性无明显作用。 Objective To study the effects of L-arginine (L-Arg) on hemorrheology.Methods Twenty six rabbits were randomly divided into a L-Arg group and a control group. L-Arg 15 mg/kg was iv injected to L-Arg group. Blood samples were taken from the central auricular artery of rabbits. Plasma nitric oxide contents and hemorrheological indexes were determined.Result After iv L-Arg, the plasma nitric oxide contents were increased markedly, the blood viscosity, thrombosis in vitro, platelet aggregation and red blood cell aggregation were decreased obviously, and red blood cell deformation was enhanced. But L-Arg had no obvious effect on hemorrheoloy in vitro.Conclusion L-Arg obviously improved hemorrheology through promoting endogenous nitric oxide release.
