摘要 通过对北京协和医院近三年离职员工的个性化离职报告进行分析,总结公立医院员工离职的特点,探讨公立医院基于职业类别的员工离职的主要原因和影响因素,为医院的人力资源管理提供借鉴。 Based on the analysis on personality termination report in Peking Union Medical College Hospital in the current 3 years, the characteristics of termination in public hospital were summarized. The main causes and its influence factors of different occupation in public hospital were discussed. It could give some reference for hospital human resources management.
