摘要
为解决雷达部队武器装备更新速度的不断加快与学员使用、维护能力较弱的矛盾,分析了自主学习法在新装备教学中的优势,给出了课堂自主学习的实施方法.为学员今后到部队上岗任职打下坚实的基础.
To overcome the contradiction between the incessantly faster update of radar equipment and the cadets’weaker maintenance capability, the predominance of unattended learning method in new equipment teaching was analyzed and the implementary process of this method given, laying a solid foundation for cadets’holding a post and doing in the future.
