With the current severe employment situation,it＇s inevitable that a part of graduates will become independent entrepreneurs.Government is trying to institute corresponding policy to provide useful and effective supporting system.But on the whole,the current policy is still not perfect.In order to guide and support the graduates＇ entrepreneurial act better,the institution of relative policy needs to draw lessons from successful business experience,for example,the experience of venture capital.The American venture capital＇s mechanism of startup,running and withdrawal is a successful model of business circles for supporting entrepreneurship,which will provide inspiration for the institution of the entrepreneurial policy for Chinese graduates in higher education,and will be conducive to setting up graduates＇ entrepreneurial venture capital mechanism with Chinese special features.
