高校女生密集型院系教育管理策略研究

随着社会的发展,男女接受各级各类教育的比例日渐与自然比例相当,在高等教育领域,女生比例有逐年增加的趋势。但是,目前对高校女生这一特殊群体,尤其是对女生密集型学院或系科如何实施更有针对性的教育和管理,还缺乏深入有效的研究。在高校女生密集的院系,实施性别差异化的个性教育,既关系到教育领域的性别平等,也关系到女生的成长与社会文明的进步。

With the social development,men and women have got almost naturally equal proportion of rights and opportunities in education of all levels.In the field of higher education,there are rising proportions of female students year by year.However,there lack in-depth researches of the education and management of this special group,especially in female student-intensive departments in higher educational institutions.In female student-intensive departments,the implementation of gender-oriented individual education concerns not only gender equality in the educational field,but also the growth of female students and the progress of social civilization.
