证明了满足ｆ（ｔｍｆ（ｓ））＝ｓｄｆｎ（ｔ）的数论函数方程的解ｆ存在的充要条件是ｍ＝ｎ且ｄ＝１，并给出可解时全部解的刻划．

In this paper,we prove that the integral number function equetion f(t mf(s))=sdf n(t) has a solution f if and only if m=n and d=1 ,and we give the depiction of f while solvable.
