摘要
考察了碱土金属镁、钙、锶和钡浸渍改性的HZSM-5分子筛在甲醇制烯烃反应中的催化性能,并在此基础上对Mg/HZSM-5催化反应条件进行了优化实验。结果表明,Mg/HZSM-5的催化性能最好,在反应温度为480℃,甲醇的质量空速为5h-1,V(甲醇)∶V(水)=1.5∶1,Mg/HZSM-5质量分数为4%左右(镁含量以MgO计)的条件下,甲醇转化率在96%以上,乙烯和丙烯的选择性分别为29.23%、43.06%。
This thesis aimed to promote olefins seleetivity of the MTO/MTP catalyst by modification of HZSM-5 with alkaline earth metals(Mg,Ca,Sr,and Ba),and the Mg/HZSM-5 were the most ideal catalyst for the MTO/MTP reaction.Then the optimal reaction conditions were obtained through experiments.The reaction conditions recommended are as follows:reaction temperature 480℃,CH3OH:H2O=l.5∶1, space velocity 5h-1,amount of MgO 4%.Under the optimum process conditions,the convention of CH3OH exceeds 96%,and the selectivity of ethylene and propylene is 29.23% and 43.06% respectively.
