摘要
要充分发挥数控车床的作用,根据不同零件的特点和精度要求,编制合理、高效的加工程序是关键。从选择程序原点、进给路线、加工指令、特殊G代码等细节出发,结合典型零件的加工实例,探讨了数控车床手工编程的几种方法和利用MasterCAM进行自动编程的方法,分析了各种方法的应用条件及其工艺特点,阐述了自动编程的优越性。
To give full play to the role of NC lathe,according to the characteristics and precision of different parts,the preparation of a reasonable and efficient processing is the key.From the details of selection process origin,processing line,processing instructions,special G code,combined with examples of typical machining,this article introduces several methods in the manual programming for numerically controlled(NC) lathe,as well as the automatic programming by the use of MasterCAM,analyses the application conditions and technical features and explains the advantages of automatic programming.
