4M80-33/22-200-BX新氢机是为渣油加氢脱硫装置加氢反应提供氢分压的关键设备。该机十字头液压联接器的故障,造成活塞杆不能与十字头脱离,使后续检修工作无法进行。使用注胶法可以成功地解决这问题,而且这种方法还成功应用在其他往复机组的同类故障上,具有较大的推广价值。

The 4M80-33/22-200-BX new hydrogen compressor,one key equipment in refinery hydrocracking,is used to supply enough hydrogen pressure for the process.This paper analyses the fault of the crosshead-hydraulic coupling for new hydrogen compressor,which made the crosshead not to separate from piston rod,and the remainder service work cannot be done.Glue injection is worthy of recommendation to solve the problem and to apply sucessfully in the same faults of other reciprocating compressors.
