港台资与其他外资企业技术外溢的实证分析

The Empirical Analysis of Technology Spillovers between Hongkong-Taiwan-invested Companies and Foreign-invested Companies

对广东和福建地区与外资企业保持竞合关系的本地企业进行了调查和深度访谈,并对在此基础上所获取的数据,采用非参数检验及相关分析方法,比较分析了港台资与其他外资企业对本土企业的技术外溢情况。研究结果表明:不管是何种外资企业,技术外溢都是存在的,但其他外资企业在某些方面比港台资企业技术外溢程度要高;对于产业内外溢渠道,外企的进入都引入了激烈的竞争,港台资企业比其他外资给本土企业带来示范效应更大,本土企业模仿和学习外企先进技术和管理经验可以通过员工流动效应来实现;对于产业间外溢渠道,不同的外资企业对本地企业多产生的后向联系和前向联系的技术外溢没有显著差别。

This paper investigates technology spillovers effect of FDI enterprises.By comparison Hongkong-Taiwan-invested companies with foreign-invested companies in Guangdong and Fujian,the relationships between such spillovers effect are explored.Then,a survey approach is adopted to conduct empirical analysis by drawing data from 121 local firms in such two provinces.With the U-test and correlation analysis,it is found that： first,FDI technology spillovers are more prominent in foreign-invested companies than Hongkong-Taiwan-invested companies;secondly,the competition effect and linkage effect from Hongkong-Taiwan-invested companies are greater than foreign-invested companies so the staff-exchange measures can be taken by local firms;thirdly,as the local firm belong to different industry,there is no prominent difference between the effect way and degree of horizontal intra-industry spillovers and backward vertical spillovers.
