Sino-Russian Cooperation in Mineral Resources Development and Transnational Management Strategy of China's Geological Exploration Units

中俄两国是近邻,在资源合作开发与经济发展中有较强的互补性。在资源全球配置的时代,中俄在矿产资源领域的合作具有较大的空间。在中俄矿产资源开发合作中,中国地勘单位将发挥重要作用。应把俄罗斯纳入中国地勘单位"走出去"的版图,以使两国资源优势互补和经济优势互补通过地质勘查得到加强。

As China and Russia are neighbors,co-operation in resource development and economic development are highly complementary.In the era of global allocation of resources,there will be more space for Sino-Russian cooperation in mineral resources.The paper argues that China's geological exploration units will play an important role in Sino-Russian cooperation in mineral resources development;and it offers that Russia should be incorporated into the territory of ' going global' of China's Geological Exploration units so as to strengthen the complementary of two countries' resource and economic advantages via geological exploration.
